The project brings together a consortium of 9 partner (from research institution to NGOs to create BKP. Using supportive process for inclusion of children's experience Using” supportive process for inclusion of children's experience” (SPICE) under the communicative methodology to carry out 3 multisite pilot actions across 6 countries (Sweden, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Greece and Bulgaria) in total of 46 communities of practice and learning.
The governance structure of REFUGE-ED and its procedures are key to ensure the successful implementation of the project and achieve its goals.
The main objective of the REFUGE-ED project is to identify effective practices in the EU and pilot them in formal, non-formal and informal education to address the integration challenges for children of refugees and asylum seekers, and unaccompanied minors in different settings (i.e. hotspots, schools, communities, reception centers, institutionalized care) throughout Europe by the means of a dialogic co-creation process involving all the major stakeholders (i.e. children, families, teachers, educators, policy makers, NGOs).
